“Real love for the sinner may compel courageous confrontation-not acquiescence! Real love does not support self-destructing behavior.”

— President Russell M. Nelson

When we see others engaging in sin, and self-destructive behavior, is is wrong not to speak up and confront those people. By not taking action, you are not keeping the two great commandments. By supporting their behavior, you are also not keeping the two great commandments. If you truly love God and your neighbor, you will confront people that are doing wrong, and peacefully and kindly correct them. Regardless of how they respond back to you, you still need to confront those people. Real love does not support people engaging in sin or self-destructive behavior, real love corrects them and speaks the truth.
