I have been thinking about this a lot lately. It seems like all around us we all have family members, friends, and/or close acquaintances that are struggling and many of them losing their faith along the way. This quote is so good because it reminds us that the gift of trying again is a great gift from God. Everyday we should thank our Father in Heaven for a new day and another chance to be just a little bit better today than we were yesterday. This life is the time for us to learn to love God and to love to live His life by keeping the commandments He has set forth. If we make a mistake, it is not final, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try again with renewed resolve that this time is going to be better. We all can come unto Christ in our own way and even by small baby steps, but let’s make sure that we are at least stepping toward Him. Let us try again to be better and the Lord will bless us with added strength and determination. He had given us the Light of Christ (our conscience) that will not lead us astray. Let us listen to it’s small voice in our minds and then obey and we will find that we can hear better the next time. I love the Gospel of Christ with all my heart and know that we all can try again and when we do, Christ will be there speaking encouragement in your mind and thoughts and guiding you back to Him.
