It can be easy to get so involved in our projects or life that everything else takes a lower priority. For me, the single most powerful force for change in my life has been learning to hear the voice of Christ speaking to me personally through the Light of Christ. One example is with technology, it is so easy to send a text that you know will have a less than positive effect on the recipient. When we learn to hear Christ telling us “no” through our conscience (Light of Christ), and we then delete that message and instead send one of love, forgiveness, or understanding we learn to put the person to be loved above any project or agenda of our own. Let us all be more receptive of Christ’s voice in our lives, and always side with actions of love and kindness.
