Yesterday, I came across this scripture from my scripture study and it really jumped out to me.
3 Nephi 18:34
And I give you these commandments because of the disputations which have been among you. And blessed are ye if ye have no disputations among you. https://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng
I love the truth contained in the the scriptures and specifically the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon is so plain and straight forward and helps to eliminate disputations.
