We need to learn what the voice of the Lord sounds like, and that is best found in the scriptures. We will also benefit from the strength of those who came before and how they overcame the their trials and temptations thru the power of Christ. When we speak to God, we pray, when He speaks back, it’s often thru the Holy Spirit sharing scriptures we have in our well of knowledge.
