I believe we are all unique and provide valid opinions and viewpoints on a wide range of topics and values. I also believe the majority of us are trying to do the right thing for ourselves and those we love. One thing we would be well served by, is to open our ears and listen (not wait to speak, but to listen), to those with different viewpoints and opinions. We might just open up our own worldview and start to understand one another better. We may not agree, but we can empathize, and we can strive to remember that although we may disagree, we need not be disagreeable.
