The enemy is near and approaching you and your home. The enemy never sleeps, pressing forward constantly to destroy you. They stand against everything you stand for and feed off of the hate they have for you. The enemy wants to destroy you and make you miserable. They will do anything to destroy you. What do you do?
Well first off, the enemy we are all facing today is Satan and his wicked followers. They are against God and want to make you miserable. They hate you because you stand for what is right. But let’s go back to the question. The enemy is approaching, what do you do?
In order to win against Satan, supplies need to be replenished, you need a spiritual arsenal, and you have to be refreshed to make sure you are strong until the end. The purpose of replenishing and refreshing is to fortify yourself with strength, defense, and power to resist the attacks of darkness.
You daily need to refresh and replenish yourself with daily prayer, studying the scriptures daily, and often listening to talks given by the prophet and apostles of God.
Your spiritual arsenal to defend yourself from the attacks are the scriptures, building your foundation on Christ, receiving the light of Christ and letting that light show, repenting daily, visiting the temple often, putting on the armor of God, and praying daily.

Now since your have weapons and supplies, it’s time to defend and fortify yourself from a spiritual invasion. You need spiritual fortifications if you are going to fortify yourself against the powers of darkness. What can you do to fortify your home and yourself from spiritual attacks?
Well in ancient warfare, people build walls to keep the enemy out. They prepared boiling water to pour on the enemy if they ever brought ladders to climb the walls. Archers were ready to fire arrows if the enemy approached. There were always guards on the walls, and watchmen at the towers to warn everyone of an attack.
By building your foundation on Jesus Christ, you build the walls to keep the enemy out. If Christ is the center of your life, nothing else matters as much as doing what He says! The only foundation that will not fall is the foundation of Jesus Christ so start building those walls! You need to always have your foundation built on Christ because if you don’t, your walls will start to crumble. You need to daily repair that wall.
What is your boiling water to pour on the enemy if they start climbing the walls? If something is distracting yourself from Jesus Christ, the enemy is using that thing to climb your walls and get to you. Do whatever it takes to not be distracted by other things and get all distractions out of your life. That is the boiling water.
Who are your archers to fire arrows at the enemy? Who are the ones that lift you up and make you feel amazing? Is it your family or friends? Whoever lifts you up and makes you feel happy and better, spend more time with those people. Those people are your archers and by lifting you up, they bring down the enemy because you feel you can withstand the attacks!
Lastly, you need guards and watchmen on the wall and tower to see the enemy and warn you of the danger that is arriving. The prophets and apostles are those watchmen and guards. God will reveal to them what Satan and his followers will do next. Listen to their words and do what they say and you will be prepared to fight the enemy before they even arrive!
