The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has announced that there will now be two new missions. These new missions will begin in July.
These two new missions are the Spain Madrid North Mission, and the England Bristol Mission.
The Spain Madrid North Mission is being created from areas of the already existing Spain Madrid mission, and the already existing Spain Barcelona Mission. Christopher L. Eastland and Trista S. Eastland has been called by the First President of The Church to serve as the mission leaders for this new mission.
The England Bristol Mission is going to be reinstated by the already existing England Birmingham and England London mission areas. The boundaries of the England Leeds Mission will be impacted from this new mission being created. The England Birmingham Mission President Kevin E. Gallacher and Jannie D. Gallacher will be reassigned to the Bristol Mission. Adam West and Heather West have been reassigned to lead the England Birmingham Mission.
The Church now has 411 missions worldwide.
