“Temples are not just buildings,” Elder Choi said. “A temple is a university for us to learn how to return to Heavenly Father.”

The first presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has announced the dates for the dedication and open house of the Yiho Guam temple. 

At the May 22 dedication, Elder David A. Bednar from the quorum of the twelve apostles will preside the dedication. There will be three dedication sessions. The times will be at 9 a.m, 12 p.m, and 3 p.m. 

An open house for public tour of the Yigo Guam Temple will begin on May, 4 and it will run through May 14, excluding Sunday, May 8.

Guam is a territory belonging to the United States which is located in Micronesia in the western Pacific Ocean.
