Below is a list of things that I have created that can help you daily put on the armor of God. I hope you will save this list or write it down and say these things to yourself every single morning for the rest of your life or almost every day.
When you do this, imagine yourself walking up a staircase and when you are stepping on the next stair, you are stepping into the next thing on the list and having them become a part of your soul. If you do this, you will be armed with the power of God this day.
After doing this feel free throughout the day to turn back to this list to refresh yourself and to replenish the dented armor from the Devil’s attacks against you.
- I am a child of God and the Lord has a great work for me to do on earth today. I will trust the Lord and will have faith that all things will work out.
- I will stand as a witness of the Lord Jesus Christ at all times, in all things, and in all places.
- Heavenly Father will be with me today. He will strengthen me, help me, guide me, and direct me in all things.
- The world is against God which means I am against the world because I am for God. I will stand up for righteousness and defend truth even if it means death.
- Following Christ isn’t easy but He is with me at all times and He will help me today.
- Get the hence Satan because I know who I am and you have no power over me. If God is for me who can be against me?
- I will not fear today and will replace any fear or worry with faith in God.
- I will do my best today to keep the commandments of God no matter what.
- Not my will Lord but thine be done this day. Help me to cast off my will and to accept thine.
- Today I will be slow to anger, compassionate, a peace maker, merciful, faithful, meek, patient, I will hunger and thirst after righteousness, I will be a light in the dark world, pure in heart, forgive my enemies, and I will have the rest of God’s attributes upon me.
- I am at peace. It doesn’t matter what happens to me this day. It only matters how I react to the world around me.
- If people persecute me this day for being a follower of Christ, so be it! The prophets and others were persecuted before me and if I endure, I shall be saved and my reward shall be great in Heaven.
- Starting this second, I will look to God in every thought. I will this day pray and study my scriptures. I will be a little better than I was yesterday.
- I will this day take time to hear thy voice and repent of any sins or mistakes I have committed and go and sin no more.
- When I am temped today or attacked by the Devil in any way, I will immediately pray for help and as soon as possible read the scriptures. God is still with me. Reinforcements are on the way, God will send His holy angles to help me.
- Christ died for me. I will act as He acted and do what He did on earth. I will live for Him since He died for me.
- I now have the full armor of God on. I am armored up and ready Lord for whatever comes my way because you are with me. Satan will have no victory this day and I will succeed!!!
