“Please know of our sincere love and appreciation for your devoted service,” the letter stated.

The First Presidency has said that all Sunday services for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on December 26, 2021, will be limited only to ward and branch sacrament meetings.

The reason services will only be for sacrament meeting is to allow church leaders like bishops to Area Seventies to spend more time with their families, the letter signed by President Russell M. Nelson and his counselors, President Dallin H. Oaks and President Henry B. Eyring said.

The administrative and council meetings may be canceled that day, the letter added. So, make sure to remember church will only be for sacrament meeting on December 26!
