My heart breaks thinking about all of the reasons we have to worship and serve Christ. He has created all that I see and all that I cannot see, and I am a sucker for amazing nature scenes. It blows my mind, at the overall beauty and the minute detail that Christ put into our world. But even overshadowing the great grandeur of creation, is that He atoned and bleed drops of His own precious blood for me. For my suffering, pain, hardships, sickness, my many sins, and for my growth and struggling to become like Him. He felt and experienced it all. Regardless of where I am at in my darkest and dirtiest low to my highest ascent to God, He has been there and will be there with Me. How can anyone stand by and be neutral, or unbelieving, or unwilling to bend the knee? If we only knew and comprehended what He has done for us, there would not be a unbent knee anywhere to be found, or a dry eye, or an unrepentant soul. Oh the sadness of that day when the unrepentant understands what and Who they rejected, there will literally be wailing and gnashing of teeth (Matthew 13:49-50).
