It is okay to not be okay! And it is okay to talk about it, and to reach out to others when you are in need. It is equally okay to take time to recharge your batteries before going out to serve others! First and foremost though, it is okay to kneel before God and pray for help, and know that Jesus Christ understands where you are and what you are going through! Seek Him and in the darkest hours and ask for help.
