Surely, if the Atonement of Christ was foremost in the minds of ward and branch leaders, no new or reactivated member would ever be neglected. Because every soul is so precious, leaders will counsel together to see that each one is taught the doctrines of the gospel of Jesus Christ. M. Russell Ballard

If this is true for church leaders, how true this is in our own lives. If the Atonement of Christ was foremost in our minds, our spirituality would never be neglected. We would repent daily, hear and obey the spirit, revelation would flow unto us, and the enabling power of the atonement would lift us to new spiritual heights. We would become new creatures in Christ, be taught at His feet, and overtime become like Him. Let us put the Atonement of Christ in the foremost of our minds, starting right now and forever.
