This is a test…only a test!!!

I feel like this is how the adversary works…he just tests tactics on us to see if they work. We are his test bunnies. If they do work, well, he takes it as far as he can, until we are his…we are just a pawn in his games. Until we recognize it, and turn to the Lord, who then with his unconditional love and matchless power, swaddles us in His arms, takes us off the game board, and places us back in green pastures, where we are able to think clearly. It really makes no sense why any of us listen to Satan, and his well trained followers. Don’t worry…you’re not alone. We ALL do it…but we need to just practice saying “NO”, and turning away. I actually really do this, I tell my kids to do this too. If I’m listening to his lies, and can’t get him out of my head…I turn to him, look him straight in the eyes, and tell him, “No thank you, you can leave now!” I can’t actually see him, but I tell me kids to turn and look at him as if you are staring right at him, as if you understand that he is playing games with you… and firmly, but kindly tell him to leave you alone. Once you’ve said your piece, turn away, and walk away. I choose to take the nice approach, because I feel like he wants us to be angry with him, and I want to follow Christ, who forgave those who crucified him, while he was still suffering on the cross. With that as an example, I find it perfectly fine to say “No thank you”…but if Satan still won’t leave…then you have to be more firm and say “NO”!  Give him zero power! Don’t play his games! Don’t be a test, to help him perfect his tactics to use on others.  “NO”!

If we say No to Satan, than we say NO to everything that is not good. Because he is the author of everything contrary to the Lord.

Moroni 7:17 But whatsoever thing persuadeth men to do evil, and believe not in Christ, and deny him, and serve not God, then ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of the devil; for after this manner doth the devil work, for he persuadeth no man to do good, no, not one; neither do his angels; neither do they who subject themselves unto him.

Moroni 7:24 And behold, there were divers ways that he did manifest things unto the children of men, which were good; and all things which are good cometh of Christ; otherwise men were fallen, and there could no good thing come unto them.

We say “YES” to Christ!
