There are a couple scriptures that remind me of my mom and bring me back to my youth. This scripture is one of them. I remember her telling us that it was short and easy to remember but powerful if we applied it. I remember her quoting it over and over again with us. So naturally when ever I think of this scripture I think of my mom.
I hope someday my children will have scriptures embedded in their memory that we learned together. Hopefully, like my mother, I can help my children come to love the scriptures and see the importance of memorizing them and applying them in their lives.
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
