From my journal on August 23, 2016: I had a spiritual experience where the Lord taught me that the Glory of God that radiates from Him can be acquired or attracted to us through our faith and the greater the faith, the greater amounts of glory that we can have added upon us. I was taught today, that this glory is the Spirit of Christ or the Light of Christ. We have the ability to attract or draw more of the Spirit or Light of Christ upon us as we increase our faith and obedience to the words of Christ he gives to us.
This is also how the concept that the Savior and the Father can be in us. See the below two scriptures:
John 15:3-5
3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

John 14:18-21
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

The Light of Christ grows within us as we demonstrate faith. In proportion to our faith and obedience we gain more and more light and glory until the perfect day.
Proverbs 4:18 But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.
D&C; 50:24 That which is of God is light; and he that receiveth light, and continueth in God, receiveth more light; and that light groweth brighter and brighter until the perfect day.
What is the perfect day, I don’t know exactly, but when the Savior appears unto us and gives us our calling and election made sure, that is pretty perfect.
D&C; 88:63-68
63 Draw near unto me and I will draw near unto you; seek me diligently and ye shall find me; ask, and ye shall receive; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
64 Whatsoever ye ask the Father in my name it shall be given unto you, that is expedient for you;
65 And if ye ask anything that is not expedient for you, it shall turn unto your condemnation.
66 Behold, that which you hear is as the voice of one crying in the wilderness–in the wilderness, because you cannot see him–my voice, because my voice is Spirit; my Spirit is truth; truth abideth and hath no end; and if it be in you it shall abound.
67 And if your eye be single to my glory, your whole bodies shall be filled with light, and there shall be no darkness in you; and that body which is filled with light comprehendeth all things.
