🌟Fear Not and Rejoice Evermore 🌟
Are you feeling overwhelmed or weighed down by life’s challenges? Take a moment to pause and reflect on the Lord’s words from Doctrine and Covenants 98:1:
“Fear not, let your hearts be comforted; yea, rejoice evermore, and in everything give thanks.”This verse reminds us that no matter what we face, the Lord is aware of us and invites us to find comfort and joy in His eternal plan. Fear does not come from God and when we put our trust in God we find strength and peace. Gratitude shifts our perspective, helping us notice the tender mercies of the Savior in our lives.
Joseph Smith gives us the formula that we should all follow:
Therefore let you heart be comforted; live in strict obedience to the commandments of God, and walk humbly before Him, and He will exalt thee in His own due time.
I know that when we surrender to Christ and submit our will to His, we are given greater power, strength, and peace which is what we all need in this crazy world.
💡 Challenge for Today:
Spend a few quiet moments expressing gratitude to the Lord—whether through prayer, journaling, or simply pondering. Look for one reason to “rejoice evermore,” even in the middle of trials.💬 Comment below: What are you grateful for today? How has the Lord comforted your heart recently?
